My first born, Phoenix, has always been intrinsically good. I seriously can’t describe how blessed I have been with this incredible girl. When she was little I’d get a constant stream of little notes and designs, all about us. They are priceless. She’s a gorgeous teen now, with her life open to all new directions, as it should be. And sometimes I wonder where my little baby is? And a moment like this pops up to show me, she’s right there, just the same. She always will be.
One of my best friends, Karen, suggested Phoenix give me some love and a hug during a recent regular chat. Ever so sweetly (with a perfect amount of cheek) this little note appeared on my desk, following the hug, as per directions. Some things never change. Thank god for that.
